Welcome to Durmstrang, a magical school in which the focus is around the Dark Arts, equality is a word that doesn't seem to be understood and everyone seems to have their dirty little secrets. Not only are the students secretive, but so is their rarely seen Headmaster, Professor Karkaroff.

As for the Dark Arts, hardly any families are associated with the Dark Arts anymore, which is something that Karkaroff isn't too pleased with. It's like everyone nowadays is from a pure home. Even worse, it's no longer just Dark families which are rich. No one seems to want to even learn the Dark Arts anymore, and with the rise of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, more students are wanting Defense Against the Dark Arts.

ellion affect Durmstrang, and will Durmstrang ever get a good reputation, or will it stay the same, or gradually become more and more associated with You-Know-Who? Only you can decide!

As Dimitri played with her hair gently, smoothing it and trying to fix it, she closed her eyes and let a small smile curve her lips. His touch did that to her, made her weak. Then, as he spoke, she kept her eyes closed. She was tired, and rightfully so. When he was silent, however, she opened her groggy eyes. He looked scared and serious all at once. Had he finally caught on to her lackluster attitude?

As he bowed, her heart swelled. What was he doing? And then, his final words sliced through her chest. It was more to him. He was falling for her. And she, as scared as she was, couldn't help but notice that she was feeling the same way. As he began walking away, she took his hand and stopped him. She needed more time to get used to the idea, she reasoned in her head.

"We've been friends for so long," she mumbled, not knowing exactly what to say. "It's just... hard."

Dimitri looked at her and sighed, to him it was nothing that they had once been friends or atleast he thought they still were h just thought that if he followed his feelings everythin would work out ok that there friendship wouldn't really have been efective just different but obviously to her it was different.
"We are stil friends" Dimitri said pulling his hand from hers gently "Its just a little more then that" he said now unable to look into her eyes incase his heart began to break just a little, if she was ending this romance and friendship now he might aswell surrender his heart to the pain now.

Dylan stood there silently. There wasn't anything she could say to remediate what she had already said to him. He probably thought that she was using him. Dylan knew that she needed time and space to think about what was going on. It was rushing to them all to fast, and she didn't want to get caught up in the wrong situations.

((closed-ish?))

Dimitri hoped she would stop him before he walked out the door, he put his hand on the door knob and paused forn a second then opened to the door a heavy sigh flowing from his lips. he shut the dor and walked back into the party with a heavy heart.

Im gunna start a new awkward thread for them. It will probably only be a few posts. Maybe it could be like after he has seen her and Luka but who knows. I wuill just start him like walking hard down and running into her.)
